Rebecca first came into the hospitality industry nearly two decades ago. From working in the family business to owning several restaurants and corporate catering companies. Her wealth of experience and knowledge along with a hands-on approach means Rebecca can train and transform any front of house service. Using excellent communication skills and her warm personality, she is able to communicate and train staff the highest level. Rebecca’s eye for attention to detail has seen her work in some of the best restaurants in the UK and Europe.

Architect and designer:

Stan has over 40 years of experience in commercial architecture and design, having designed and created some of the UK’s most iconic structures. From small independent businesses through to international corporations. He works closely with our clients to make sure that all projects are fulfilled from start to finish.
